Everyone who wishes to attend the conference must register online and in advance. This does not necessitate paying at that time; registrations are manually checked and an invoice emailed to delegates including payment instructions. Once you've received the invoice, please pay it within 15 days.
What does it cover?
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, the printed conference programme, tea/coffee in the specified breaks, lunches (on Tue, Wed and Thu), Welcome to Country including guided Ngunawal tour of ANU campus, entrance to the drinks reception on Monday evening, and anthropology quiz night.
The conference dinner
This will take place on Wednesday, 4 December at 19:00 and is a ticketed event costing 35 AUD. Spaces are limited, so if you wish to go, make sure you select a ticket when you register
Registration is cheaper for AAS members: join the AAS.
1) Whole conference rates in AUD
Non-members (AAS): $390
Members (AAS): $345
Concessions (student/pensioner/healthcare card): $245
Concession members (AAS)(student/pensioner/healthcare card): $220
2) It is preferable for delegates to attend the whole event, however there are also day rates. You can only book one day rate, not two! If you wish to attend two or more days of the conference, you have to register for the whole event.

Concession members (AAS) (holding student/pensioner/healthcare card): $80
Please note no GST is charged on these fees.
Registrations cancelled (notifying us by email) more than 3 weeks before the conference will be refunded, less a small amount to cover administrative and finance costs (70 AUD).
Cancellations made within three weeks of the event will be ineligible for such a refund, due to costs already incurred. Refunds at that point will be discretionary.
